USB3.0 StoreJet (external-HDD) cannot work properly!

1. Since the hard drive needs more than 600mA to spin up and USB2.0 can only provide 500mA, a USB3.0 StoreJet may not work well on a USB2.0 host due to the insufficient power. Please connect the StoreJet to your computer as shown in the picture below.

2. If you connect a USB3.0 StoreJet to a USB3.0 at slower  transfer speed (comparing with USB2.0), you may want to check whether the USB3.0 driver is installed accurately or not. Most of the operating systems do not support USB3.0. Please check with your PC or USB3.0 expansion card manufacturers for more information.
