Please check your product model and then refer to the following information.
(1) DrivePro Body 10A or DrivePro Body 10B (Models manufactured before September 2019)
The memory card of DrivePro Body 10A/10B can support 8/16/32GB, and the memory card only supports FAT32.
You can format it with DrivePro Body Toolbox on your computer.
If you are formatting it using another method, please be sure to set the “Allocation Unit Size” to 32 KB.
*Warning: If the format of the memory card is not supported by DrivePro Body 10A/10B, it may cause recording failure or file damage.
(2) DrivePro Body 10B(Models produced after 2019.09)
The memory card of DrivePro Body 10B can support 8/16/32/64/128GB, you can format it with DrivePro Body Toolbox on the computer.
If you are formatting it using another method, please use FAT32 when the memory card is 8/16/32GB, please be sure to set the “Allocation Unit Size” to 32 KB, please use exFAT when the memory card is 64/128GB, please be sure to set the “Allocation Unit Size” to 128 KB.
*Warning: If the memory card format is not supported by the DrivePro Body 10B, it will cause recording failure or file damage.
